Clive the owner was incredibly helpful and welcoming which is exactly what I needed travelling by myself. He picked me up from the airport and allowed me to have anything I liked in the kitchen for dinner as I had just travelled from Australia and was very tired. The room was perfect for one, had a good bathroom, tv and free wifi. I will definitely stay at the Ambers guest house again.

We truly enjoyed the good value for money and well-stocked room with a fan. Our breakfast was excellent with bacon, milk, and cheese. the hotel's location was absolutely perfect, close to retail food outlets.
